Proposed Network Rail Suffolk Level Crossing Reduction Order

TRANSPORT AND WORKS ACT 1992: APPLICATION FOR THE  PROPOSED NETWORK RAIL (SUFFOLK LEVEL CROSSING REDUCTION) ORDER

The Secretary of State is appointed Mr Ian Jenkins BSc CEng MICE MCIWEM to conduct an Inquiry into this application.

Following the postponement of the Inquiry by the Secretary of State on 27 November 2017, he confirmed that the Inquiry opened as originally planned on the 13 February 2018

PLEASE NOTE THE INQUIRY WILL NOT BE SITTING ON MONDAY 21 MAY 2018 AS PREVIOUSLY PROGRAMMED

Week 7 - Tuesday, 22nd to Thursday, 24th May at Grand Hall, Ipswich Town Hall & Corn Exchange, King Street, Ipswich  IP1 1DH - 10.00am each day and Friday, 25th May at 9.30am.

The Inspector held a Pre-Inquiry Meeting (PIM) at 10.00am on Wednesday, 1st November 2017 at Ashlar House, 23 Eastern Way, Bury St Edmunds IP32 7AB
